This high spec minor dwelling was constructed by our team and exceeded our clients expectations.

Built on a sloping site, the foundations certainly proved to be tricky. 6m anchor piles were installed along with large foundation cages were installed before the floor framing was constrcuted.

Due to supplier delays our team constructed the entire house frames on site so we remained on schedule.

Clad in cedar shiplap weatherboard and james hardie oblique weatherboard, a 80m2 wrap around deck finishes this property off perfectly.
