Our Process
Initial Stages

First Contact
Email or call us to discuss your project, we'll take down all details relating to your vision and if possible - we'll provide an initial estimate to help with cost indication.

Site meeting
If required, we'll engage our architect or meet with yours on site to discuss the project - if not we will meet you at your home and run through process and get any final information we need.

Estimating & Budgeting
Depending on the project, a preliminary contract will be entered into and our Quantity Surveyor will put together a detailed estimate or fixed price quote including an itemized timeline & schedule.
Construction

Quality Control
Weekly Quality Assurance checklists are completed throughout the project to ensure not a single detail that you've entrusted us to deliver is missed.

Project Updates
You will receive a weekly multiple page project report outlining all milestones, changes and progress percentage on each individual portion of your project, this will include all of the critical path tasks for the coming week so you are as informed as possible!

Project Changes
Any changes that need to be made by you, the architect or us, will be fully documented and any price increases or decreases will be communicated and updated at the speed of light.
Post-Construction

Handover & CCC
Final clean and handover is complete - and yes this includes a custom gift suited specifically to your project.
We will provide the architect with all documentation required to submit for CCC.

Maintenace package & documents
Your custom maintenance pack is provided along with all documentation relating to your project.

Warranty & Guarantee
Your 10 year halo guarantee begins and you can go on to enjoy your home worry free!
